I am happy to accept payment from the insurance companies listed below. Pleased contact your insurance company prior to your first session . They will let you know what your deductible is and what your co-pay will be. Your co-pay will be collected at the time of service using a secure billing app called “IVY”. You will need your phone and a credit to complete the transaction.

If you choose to pay privately and not utilize your insurance benefits, or I am not a provider for your insurance company, I am happy to provide you with a bill of service. You are welcome to submit this to your insurance carrier yourself. Please check with your insurance carrier’s reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers as this will differ from the rates reimbursed to you by an in-network provider.
